Memorial & sympathy

Something that will still be there.

For a service, a graveside, or a house that has gone quiet. Two questions, and we show only what can arrive in time.

01

Where will it go?

02

When does it need to be there?

For a funeral home, use the address they give you. We ask for it at checkout.

03 — Before you order

A short guide, plainly put.

Size and placement

Measure the vase, saddle, or monument ledge where the arrangement will sit. Compare those dimensions to the size and measurements on each product page.

Cemetery rules

Every cemetery sets its own rules for fresh flowers, silk, attachments, and seasonal decorations. Before you order, confirm your cemetery's rules with the office or sexton, including what is allowed year-round versus holiday periods.

Timing

Made-to-order memorial pieces show an estimated ships-by date based on studio capacity. If you are coordinating with a service date, write to us so we can review lead time together.

After delivery

Secure attachments only as permitted on site. Review our care notes to keep silk looking its best through weather changes.

Questions people ask us.

What if the date is very close?
