Because many of our pieces are made to order or prepared for memorial settings, return eligibility depends on supply mode and condition on arrival. Contact sales@kineticblooms.com within seven days of delivery if something arrives damaged or unlike the published listing.

Ready-to-ship items in unused condition may qualify for a return or exchange where shipping costs apply. Custom or made-to-order work is final once production begins unless we made an error in the listing.
